Membership:
Two at-large members elected by the Association, Officers of the Association, Chairperson or representative from each of the other four ministries, Fox Valley representative to Conference Finance Committee and the Association Minister.
Responsibilities and Possibilities:
- Engage the Association Council (all ministries) in planning for, and carrying out a united program for the Association.
- Address "business" items, e. g., budget, Association office, annual meeting business agenda.
- Name, or serve as, the planning committee for semi-annual Association meetings/workshops.
- Serve as, or appoint, a nominating committee.
- Make appointments as needed between Association annual meetings.
- Facilitate regular communication with the churches through newsletters, an Association phone tree.
- Review the Design for Ministry annually to keep it viable and challenging, providing for full review by the Association within four years of its adoption.
